Haley has a deep respect for the character and values learned through team sports, having earned 19 Varsity Letters in high school across Basketball, Field Hockey, Golf, Softball, Track & Field, and Volleyball. She continued her athletic career at Wittenberg University, leading the basketball team to the only Sweet 16 appearance in school history and becoming the first-ever NCAC Player of the Year for Wittenberg Women’s Basketball. In addition to her athletic achievements, Haley has helped establish several foundations and is honored to serve on the board to continue the legacy of Steve Dronsfield. A Cincinnati native and Director of Membership & Communication at the Indian Hill Winter Club, she is a former multi-sport athlete and standout basketball player who now focuses on fostering community connections and driving philanthropic efforts. Haley is committed to continuing Steve Dronsfield’s legacy by helping young athletes thrive through the work of 21Hockey.
