Jennifer founded The Steven Dronsfield Foundation to honor her late husband’s passion for hockey and his dedication to building a supportive community. Inspired by Steve’s belief that every child should have the chance to experience the game’s life lessons—like respect, teamwork, discipline, perseverance, and sportsmanship—she’s driven to break down barriers so all kids can play, regardless of their background. Beyond her role as a Senior Vice President in customer experience strategy, Jennifer is a devoted mom to Rachael and Walt. She finds joy in cheering for Walt’s athletic pursuits, especially at the hockey rink, where her family continues to celebrate Steve’s love for the game.
